ExTiX - The Ultimate Linux System
Based on Debian with Deepin/LXQt/KDE/WayDroid and kernel 6.17.8-exton
Version 25.12-2, 25.12, 25.8 and 25.3 (four versions - Build 251205, 251201, 250806 and 250305 ) of ExTiX 64 bit are based on Debian/Ubuntu. In ExTiX I have installed Deepin Desktop 25.0.1, LXQt 2.2/LXDE respectively KDE Plasma Desktop together with Ubuntu Desktop (for Wayland). PROGRAM content etc Among many other programs GParted, SMPlayer, Gimp and Kodi. In addition Java and all necessary additions in order to install programs from source. PASSWORDS The password for root is root. The password for the ordinary user extix is live. Or live/live. Or user/live. ExTiX LXDE Mini Build 251205 ISO is of only 1870 MB - run it super fast from RAM! Exton|OS 64 bit based on Ubuntu/Debian with KDE Plasma 5.27.11
ABOUT Exton|OS is based on Ubuntu 24.04 64 bit and Debian Sid. Exton|OS ISO file is a ISO-hybrid, which means that it can easily be transferred (copied) to a USB stick. IMPORTANT ABOUT REFRACTA TOOLS Refracta tools are pre-installed in Exton|OS . Use Refracta Snapshot to create your own live installable Ubuntu system. RUNS FROM RAM Another great thing is that Exton|OS can run from RAM. Use Boot alternative 2 (Load to RAM). When the system has booted up you can remove the disc (DVD/CD) or USB stick. You'll need at least 4 GB RAM to run Exton|OS that way. I.e. super fast! USB installation To enable persistence you can install Exton|OS to a USB stick in the same way as a hard drive installation. You can use Refracta Installer. ANDROID STUDIO You can emulate different Android systems (with GAPPS). If you have plenty of RAM you can do it live. I.e. while running Exton|OS from a USB stick. VirtualBox Guest Additions are pre-installed. Kernel 6.11.6-amd64-exton. -

AndEX Nougat/Marshmallow/Lollipop

I have compiled three Android-x86 systems (Nougat 7.1.2, Marshmallow 6.0.1 and Lollipop 5.1.1), which can run live or be installed on almost all laptops (and some Desktop computers). INSTALL the systems to HARD DRIVE Say for example that you have a laptop with Windows 10 installed as the only operating system. If you just create one extra partition of about 5 GB you can install Nougat/Marshmallow/Lollipop on this extra partition and then “dual-boot”. I.e. decide whether you want to start Windows or Android-x86 Marshmallow/Lollipop. Grub will be installed as boot handler/loader during the installation of Android Marshmallow/Lollipop. NOTE: The installation will take only about one minute. And the installation to hard drive is so simple that a 10 year old child can do it. MORE ABOUT AndEX Nougat is the latest version of the Android mobile operating system developed by Google. -
