Hello. Since I fear that my e-mail has gone missing due to its attached sample files getting dropped, I'd post here to be sure this reaches someone. :)

I've been using AoI for years and I've often felt a need to do boolean operations on groups of objects (e.g. I have a bunch of holes which I have to subtract from an object every time, I wish to group them together and subtract them all at once).

I don't know if I've duplicated something that already can accomplish that, but I made a script to do that, and would like to publish that freely for including in the repository, so others could use it too. The script it attached to this message. It has worked well enough for me, but if you wish that I improve it, let me know.

Best regards,
A.

P.S. Attaching some screenshots of how it works.

Very nice! I think this does roughly the same thing as the CSG Evaluator plugin?

Yes, now that I compare, they are really quite similar. :)

CSG Evaluator seems more flexible than my script, in terms of what it can do.

To be honest, I don't know if my script has any significant advantage over it. :D

Maybe only during the first time of working with a large group of objects - in CSG, you perform the first pass of operations one by one, while using my script, you would tell the name of their group.

(On the second pass of modifications, GSG Evaluator already has the ability to do the same and more.)
