If I open a file, make a change to the file, then save the
file, cEdit still asks me if I want to save the file when I
exit.
More testing also probably needs to be done on
Windows 2003 server I've experience several issues. I'll
post a seperate bug report after I gather more details.
Overall this is a VERY nice editor! I'm glad to finally see
a free editor that I can install on any Windows machine
that I happen to be using that has the power of an
expensive commercial editor. I'd donate to the project,
but at the moment I don't have the funds. Hopefully I can
donate soon.

Confirmed that and fixed it. Should have a release with the fix
in the next couple of days. If you can get any more info out it
would be helpful to get any other issues fixed before next
