Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a project to CommitMonitor
2. Add yourself to the list of ignored users
3. Commit a change to repo
4. Check project for changes ("Check Now" command)

I expected my revision to appear at the top of the change log, but it
didn't. If there was a change commited by non-ignored user after my
commit, all chages were displayed OK in the change log.

To workaround the issue select other project in the project pane and then
re-select the old project again. The changes are then displayed OK.
Another workaround is to minimize CommitMonitor to tray and then restore
it.

The issue is present in version 1.6.2.426 under Windows XP SP3 and was
also present in earlier versions for sure.

Hope I provided sufficient information to track the bug, otherwise you can
contact me by e-mail.

Peter
