What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Project
2. Project name: АБВГД
3. URL to monitor: http://rm/svn/db_test
4. URL to a web based viewer: http://rm/svn/db_test
5. OK
What do you see instead?
Project name: ВГ
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CommitMonitor-1.7.1.597
Windows7 Proffesional x86 SP1

I tried to reproduce this issue again.
1. Close CommitMonitor
2. Delete files urls and urls_backup in c:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\CommitMonitor\ directiry
3. Launch CommitMonitor
4. Add new project as I write above
5. Now I have one project that is called "АБВГ". So now only the last letter disappeared.
Files urls, urls_backup and screenshot of CommitMonitor's main window are attached.

I think I found the problem. Need some more testing before I can commit the change though.
