Log message box too tall, last line gets Aero glass'd

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open CommitMonitor
2. (optionally) Select a log entry with enough text to fill the log message box

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The last line extends out of it's bounds, i.e. below the treeview's height, and gets the Aero glass effect applied (see attached screenshot).

It looks like the box is either one line too tall or the "Show commits from ignored users" checkbox shouldn't be on a separate line but next to the filter textbox.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CommitMonitor 1.8.1.642 on Windows 7 Enterprise x64 SP1 with an ATI Mobility Radeon 3650.
