Adding support for default https port.

Adding support for port parsing.

Fixing for the interim the parsing of URLs.

Initial (broken) support for username and password parsing in HTTP URLs.

Adding additional checks and support for HTTP URL part inspections.

Adding initial support for parsing HTTP URLs.

Initial implementation of base basic_url template, according to RFC 1738.

Branching for URL Library implementation in preparation for HTTPS support.
