Re-arranging HTTP implementation to be put in its own namespace; breaking up implementation into multiple files.

Merging user() and password() into user_info() and simplifying parsing grammar for HTTP urls.

this is incomplete and it is intended to only provide example spirit code for Dean (i was tired of sitting on it)

Adding support for default https port.
