Updated unit tests to compile on Linux using GCC and Intel compilers

Add support for body(...) directives and wrapper.
Ignoring the bin/ directory.
Removing swap file for wrapper_base.hpp
Removing ViM swap file for headers.hpp
Removing binary outputs from repository.
