I have modified FreeImage 3.15.1 to store information about the Guidelines available in the PSD file format.

I've added information to the FREEIMAGEHEADER structure, but I'm not sure if this is the correct way to have implemented it within the library.
I can make modifications based on any feedback, if it would be better done a different way.
