#22 Updated Turkish locale for Phex
I _think_ I managed to get the po file in a working state and with Lang.properties to help find the original strings indicated by the labels in the gettext file, here comes an updated version of the translation -- which needs some testing, just to make sure everything's OK. Besides, it's a pity the previous translator isn't around, his work is really great.
As for the problems with the po files, all the information is provided by poedit when you try to save the file. I'm afraid finding what the exact problem is, not to mention fixing it, is well beyond my abilities. Also, please note that I was wrong when I said "there are already translated strings which do not appear in Lang_tr_TR.po" in my previous message.

Yesterday I think I fixed the po file for english with poedit. I will adjust all other languages accordingly. But I still have some trouble to get the changes into our webbased translation tool based on pootle. But I will continue to work on it and find a compatible solution.
