    Worked for me. I had to manually install the microsoft compatibility pack. If the compatibility pack is pre-installed ODF Translator will work fine. If the setup tries to download the file, you will receive an error (it is newer than expected). http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=941b3470-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en

    When I uninstalled this software, it left all of its menus behind in Word 2002. Even uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller and then cleaning the registry had no effect - I am stick with these annoying menu options in the File menu, getting in the way of my normal work flow. Completely unacceptable from a software product. I did some searching and found out it was a 'known issue,' yet the product continues to be distributed with no mention of this on the download page or in the help file.

    Doesn't work. Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users ... FileFormatConverters.exe' has changed since it was initially published.

    This works surprisingly well. I'm using Office 2007. Appears to do as good of a job as the export tool in open office, but does not require that OO is installed.
