2. Customer Service: Very friendly and super fast.
3. Easy to use: Don't need to revise your raw data. Just upload the files.
4. Accurate: The result was accurate.

Cons: Couldn't check the current balance of my account. But the result was accurate.

Overall: The best site I used for Crypto tax. I could get my Crypto Tax report with a 50% price than last year.

Pros: 1. Simple, easy, and intuitive.

3. You have 4 different options to upload your transactions which is very helpful.
4. Easy to review all the transactions that you uploaded and also you have the option to fix it if anything is not correct.

Cons: 1. Could be helpful if Cointelli shows the From -> To, when there is an internal transfer case (transfers between my wallets)
2. Could be great if Cointelli shows the numbers of coins that I have, after uploading all my crypto transactions.

Overall: Highly recommended to try this great service.

I thought preparing crypto tax is difficult but with the support of Cointelli's team, everything is super easy.

Pros: I do find that the company giving a better experience making their workers and customers have a better understanding in financing for others.

They have a nice manner when talking to their customers and making them understand how much they need to do to get out of the Red when it comes to making their debt disappear.

Cons: I do believe that the wait times between talking to them on the phone to be a bit of a burden concerning that there a financing company.

Overall: My experience with this software is good if someone is just starting to work with money like if they were out of high school or college and they are other working or making a business.

Pros: They have live customer service with the chat box. The agent was very friendly and responded quickly. They helped me to upload my transactions and get to my report.

Cons: I saw a couple of typos on the website, but the system worked so it’s fine.

Overall: Congrats to the developers, this is a wonderful tool. I couldn't believe how I was able to chat with an actual human immediately. Didn't have to jump through any hoops just to reach someone. 10/10 service.

Overall: I always wondered if my crypto tax filing could fail due to an inexperienced CPA. I'm not a millionaire, but sometimes u know, sometimes the imagination makes you nervous. So I was searching around for the best crypto tax filing companies. Literally, I searched everywhere and tested my case. I asked lots of questions to each company, but only Cointelli took care of everything. They gave me very supportive responses to my questions and even walked me through the process step-by-step. I think Cointelli offers the most accurate crypto tax reporting experience among the crypto tax filing companies.

Pros: The company’s policy is very clear and simple, nothing to think about it is all clearly stated in a one flat fee you get unlimited access and can load up to 100thousand transactions, just as it is implemented so that anyone can use it easily. The company’s policy and rates are easy to understand and concise.

Cons: I am not sure yet and I will update if I find any.

Overall: Fast, accurate, user friendly. Their team knows their taxes and they definitely understand cryptocurrency.

Pros: Generating tax documents for TurboTax was simple and easy. The affordable price is fit for infrequent crypto traders like myself ($49.00 covers everything).

Pros: I have wallets with Gemini and Coinbase, so I thought it would be okay to use the free apps. But I ended up giving up on that because there were so many ads and I couldn't get it to work. Then, I thought I could just give my accountant my transaction history and be done with it, but he said he needed an actual tax report. I was frustrated. At this point I had no idea what to do, so I did some research on Google and YouTube and that's when I found Cointelli. They posted a step by step explanation of how to make a crypto tax report on my own. I bit the bullet and made an account with Cointelli and lo-and-behold I got it all done in minutes. They had simple instructions on their website and I could also follow along with their YouTube instructions too. Never going back to the free apps again!!

Cons: It is not free and I was not so sure before I pay, how my tax report would look like.

Overall: I like it overall, I think I will use this next year without hesitation. I don't have much more thing to say.

Pros: It is very easy to use and results comes out extremely fast. I just had to simply follow instructions and upload files and rest of it, Cointelli takes care of it.

Overall: This is all new to me, and I was debating on whether I should use an accountant or try to do it by myself. I came across Cointelli when I was doing some research, and it was was so simple and easy to use. I was able to understand exactly what I needed to do from their simple instructions. Cointelli does most of the work, so I don't need to worry about it. All I had to do was upload my info and it was done like *that*. I feel like I saved so much money and frustration by using Cointelli. You should give it a try as well.

Pros: Oh. My. Gosh. I have never had such friendly customer service before. They had a solution for every problem (of which there were very few).
The 24/7 customer service that Cointelli promises was actually real. I was surprised that I got a reply so quickly, even late at night (2am EST).

Cons: I just started to learning. Hard to say what I didn't like yet. At least so far so food.

Overall: I have experienced other crypto tax sites- They just have that auto reply, “someone will contact you within 24 hours” even when I submit a simple question.
I hope Cointelli’s system will stick around.

Pros: Cointelli is simply, fast, and user friendly. The four steps to my sample 8949 form was simple and easy. My wallet was linked in a timely manner and uploading all transactions was fast and smooth.

Had one question before sending the report to my CPA and the rep explained everything well.

Cons: So far couldn't find any cons.

Overall: Overall satisfied.

Pros: I finished my entire report in a few minutes. Granted I only had a couple of exchanges (Binance, Kraken, Nexo..) but they connected right away and I think it literally took like 20 minutes. They have an autofix feature so I could save much more time.
