    Pros: The program is intuitive and constantly developing. They have customised reports and forms specifically to my specifications.

    Cons: The contact form would be better if it was customisable and some of the reports if you could choose more specifics, not just dates.

    Overall: They are always happy to develop reports and make the changes I need quickly. The system gives me everything I need to run my business efficiently and cost effectively.

    Pros: This is the complete all in one software package. It allows for an online customer shopping experience with a detailed backend for order entry. It can also allow for multiple brands to be sold while generating a single sales report, with the ability to separate if needed.

    Extremely customizable.

    Cons: No complaints. This is a company that understands the need for customization and is willing to work with you to get exactly what you need.

    Overall: Some of the best user experience I've ever had.

    It's allowed me to grow an online sales presence immediately.

    Pros: Software is to incredibly easy to use and navigate - you can just go in and continually update and changes are live immediately. Foodstorm app is also great and convenient, just as feasible as the website. Customer service is also helpful and prompt.

    Cons: Great features although some aspects are limited. For example, can't upload more than one photo for a product.

    Overall: Overall experience with Foodstorm has been positive! Features are fantastic and the cons are minuscule compared to the pros/advantages.

    Pros: - Easy to Use
    - Intuitive Design
    - Powerful Solution
    - Money Saving
    - Integrated with other software

    Cons: - Didn't know about it sooner
    - Lot of setup at first but once its done smooth sailing.

    Overall: FoodStorm helped improve our business not only direct to the client but also behind the scene too. We took our business from pen and paper and transformed it to an online beauty. A lot of the manual work has been removed and now makes my role 10 times easier. Most importantly makes the customer ordering experience and interaction much easier.

    Pros: Ease of integration between shopping cart and website in the fact that everything that you change on FoodStorm reflects immediately on the webcart.

    Cons: Inability to integrate easier with Wordpress. It would be great if FoodStorm could replicate the ease of the shopping cart with the other pages on the business website.

    Overall: A excellent package altogether. Very well thought out product for the purposes. Incredibly reliable.
