- Engineers are nice, friendly people. The account management team could learn from their people skills.

Cons: - Delivered incomplete and buggy code across both project
- Code quality was extremely poor: clearly written by multiple junior developers
- Missed deadlines by 6 months, with zero accountability
- Parts of the game code were missing or broken, despite being fully paid
- Refused to have a call with us to answer questions about broken code until we paid a further $49,000.
- Senior staff stopped responding and blocked us after we raised concerns and tried calling multiple times
- No transparency or escalation path: all attempts to speak to upper management were blocked
- We had to rewrite all code ourselves to get a working product

Overall: We hired Gammastack for two major projects worth over $250,000 - a casino platform and a set of seven original games. Unfortunately, what we received was buggy, inconsistent code, with major parts missing or nonfunctional.

After nine months of delays and minimal progress, we had to rebuild the entire codebase ourselves in order to launch. Although we had paid in full for the games, several of them did not work as promised. When we raised these concerns, we were told further work would require an additional $49,000 - more than double the outstanding balance. This was despite already having paid for broken or incomplete code. They wouldn't even have a call with us to ask questions so we could fix it ourselves.

Our experience with Gammastack was extremely disappointing. We hope other startups avoid the same mistake.
