Hexamail Flow is a full email client, with calendaring, tasks and contacts. It operates with Office 365, Gmail, including modern authentication methods (OAUTH) works with Exchange on premises and all IMAP and POP3 servers.

The GDPR data protection module offers email and office document redaction features including full PST file import, eml and msg file import, office document import and printing output or PDF generation of redacted content.

    "Exchange Support White Lie"

    Pros: Nothing. Ingest of new account failed. Deletion of that account failed. Online support failed. I wish I could have seen it in action, but it didn't actually enable access to my Microsoft Exchange account because it's not a one-sided proposition.

    Cons: Everything. Your institution's sysadmins need to approve access to this application which I would not urge anyone to request since other basic functionality fails.

    Overall: Disappointed to have put in hours of investigation based on their claims only to discover fundamental failures in functionality of the program but also just misleading claims about its ability to work with Microsoft Exchange. Perhaps better for other mail interfaces.

    Pros: The best IMAP client out there, fast with many powerful features for intelligently sorting and organising mail.

    Cons: Some other clients have a more polished and intuitive UI but the power and features of Flow more than make up for this.

    Overall: Use it every day, probably the most essential software on my PC

    Pros: I love this software, it's got so many useful features and it's one of the first things I install when I build a machine.

    Cons: The UI is a little old fashioned but honestly, I don't care

    Overall: Awesome, I'd recommend this email client to everybody who wants to get away from webmail

    Pros: Easy to use with many great features that I couldn't find in any other email client.

    Cons: None, it works very well , i have no issues and using it daily.

    Overall: Excellent. Flow is easy to install, and has brilliant features like opening google map when a location is on an email, intelligent sorting with contact, folder etc.
