Pros: What impresses us most about HotelFriend is the clear overview of all daily operations. At the Hamburg Public Library, we use the platform to organize room reservations, coordinate cleaning and maintenance tasks, and support internal communication among staff. Since all information is centralized in one place, tasks can be coordinated more quickly and decisions can be made more efficiently. These optimized processes played a key role in achieving a 45% increase in bookings within six months for our study and event spaces.
Cons: Some features are strongly geared toward traditional hotel workflows and are therefore only partially applicable to daily library operations. In addition, the reporting and analytics features could be more flexible to better meet library-specific requirements.
Overall: Before using HotelFriend, room allocation and task management were handled in a decentralized way, which occasionally led to double bookings or missing information. HotelFriend centralized these workflows and made them more transparent. As a result, team collaboration improved, available spaces are used more efficiently, and users enjoy a much smoother booking experience. Pros: The calendar view allows us to schedule rooms and additional services for residents with much more clarity. It gives us a full picture of availability at a glance, which really helps during peak periods. The staff loves how easy it is to update resident profiles, add notes, and track special requirements without switching between multiple screens.
Cons: Occasionally, we would like more pre-built templates for service packages. Creating them manually works fine, but having a wider selection of ready-made options would speed up our setup even more.
Overall: A great system that supports our workflow and improves coordination between administrative and nursing teams. It keeps everyone aligned, reduces communication gaps, and has made our daily operations noticeably smoother.

Pros: In my opinion, the HotelFriend PMS is a great online tool tailored for hotel professionals. It offers crucial features for managers and owners and helps in audits and analysis.
Cons: Would be helpful if they could make a new list for multi-property apartments with different addresses. It could be for example a list of 10-50 hotels (apartments) with all the related details.
Overall: Overall the program is a good asset for hotel management, having a german speaking support and regular updates makes things better.

Pros: Quick answers - they are always here to help. The soft includes all we need to control bookings, OTAs and manage revenue. Thanks a lot for making things easier for us.
Cons: The marketplace could use some improvements, but apart from that, everything else is excellent.

Cons: The pms continuously improves, any issues are quickly resolved with new updates.

Cons: I would like to see more flexibility with email marketing letters to communicate with my guests.

Pros: The software is very easy to learn and use.
Invoices are completely customizable, and it is very easy to automate the entire operations from rates management to communication with guests.Cons: Support is available in English and German language only.
Overall: It was a right decision to take this software. It was worth the money I invested. There would be upcoming updates that I am looking forward to.

Pros: We really liked that HotelFriend has everything we need in one place, like IBE, channel manager, and room management. These parts work together without any problems. The Channel Manager, especially, stands out because it updates prices and availability very quickly, just like promised. We asked to connect our hotel with Booking and HRS, which are where most of our reservations come from. The customer support team is awesome. They always help us quickly when we need it.
Cons: One thing we didn't like is that when guests want to pay on our website, they can only see options like "Visa/Mastercard”. There's no option to pay with PayPal. But the support team told us they are working on adding it as an option.
Overall: HotelFriend has been a big help for our hotel. Their system has everything we need: a good channel manager, room management, and it keeps everything up to date.
