Pros: Tool is ok, but very chaotic and you can't jump to the stats you need. You get personal contact, but they cannot help you out, they just forward you to the next person...
Their plans are very confusing as there is one for 12 reports and the next is already for 350, nothing in between even after contacting the sales man, they were not able to provide a solution.

Cons: Bad customer support as they just talk about their policy. I changed my plan while I was on a free trial and got charged twice. The refund has never happened after several attempts to contact them. Had to get in touch with my bank, which confirmed, that there was no refund on hold or everything like the support told me.

Overall: I do not recommend it as they do not take your needs seriously and always mention their policy and treat you bad. The Tool does not really help you at all to find or analyse influencers and is very confusing and chaotic.

Pros: I tried to use the service to find influencer for my brand but didn't work as I was expecting. Hence I wanted to cancel.

Cons: Unfortunately didn't cancel on time by June 30th and was charged $ 500 for 1 month service.

I tried to cancel but the button wasn't available hence reached to support which swiftly cancelled without any prior notice of that cancellation would impact my current paid access!

They claim that the TOCs are mentioning that ! Scammers! You know now what's their business model hope that helps protect yourselves.

Overall: Scammers that's their business model! I wouldn't come near them ever again. There so many nicer platforms that look to help and deliver services rather than just quickly rip you off!
