"I would have been good, but...." Posted 2023-04-25
Pros: It works, mostly, and is generally stable. When it works (with a small number of participants) it is useful - but there are obvious anomalies.
Cons: There seems to be no customer support. It has been some time since any email approach to the "support team" has been dignified with an answer and there has been no client update for over a year. There is no indication that development is ongoing, particularly in relation to Win 11.
Overall: What was once a market leader is now only adequate and is likely to become obsolete unless the system is updated in the near future. Although the system is currently useable, there is no apparent user support and enquiries are unanswered, giving the impression that the system is no longer being maintained and the company is just taking the subscription fees until the whole thing falls over.
