Pros: Love how easy it is to use. Love being able to log in and see where all my vans are at anytime i want.
Cons: Doesn't always choose the most actuate timing for trips. Doesn't allows use to group clients together when needed.
Overall: Love the product and would recommend it to anyone. Timing is everything in this industry but being able to adjust the timing is great also.

"Very reliable product " Posted 2025-02-21
Pros: It is very simple and easy to use; with many tools to make scheduling & dispatching more efficient. You are able to use this any time you have a device at your fingertips - which is a business owner or operators dream come true.
Cons: Although the mobile version is useful; I wish it was identical to the desktop version in terms of features. There is nothing like being able to dispatch on your phone in a moment of need - but I just wish it had the same "Home" screen features such as looking at your entire scheduled day.
Overall: I am, overall, very happy with this software. It has only helped my company over the years and continues to expand its resources to make scheduling and dispatching easier and easier.

"MediRoutes Usage" Posted 2025-02-21
Pros: Ease of sync with brokers and it can handle all types of transportation needs and services from limo, to school bus, to NEMT, to EMS.
Cons: User interface needs improvement, it is not intuitive and the software lags.
Overall: Overall solid product, but they recently started adding microtransactions for every little feature, which is becoming frustrating because this is a competitive landscape.

"MediRoutes Customer Review" Posted 2025-02-21
Pros: MediRoutes works well for what we need and offers an integration with our trip vendor which is very helpful.
Cons: It would be helpful to have more streamlined processes within the system for accessing certain information as well as the users ability to turn some features off or on.
Overall: Overall the program works well for our needs, we would like the ability to prevent trip changes through the API after dispatching them or at least a notification when changes are made.

"NEMT MediRoutes use" Edited 2025-02-21
Pros: I like easily accessing client information and easily seeing the drivers, their routes and the option for seeing where all drivers are.
Cons: I do not like how updates sometimes change access for drivers on the app and that the software has gone done for periods of times on multiple occasions. I also do not like how slow it takes to process date input. I also do not like how the IVR calls now cost us money when we are already paying a high price for the software.
Overall: MediRoutes is a greater dispatch software than the other I have used. I appreciate the support from the MediRoutes team.

"MediRoutes is my first choice!" Posted 2025-02-09
Pros: MediRoutes is user-friendly and intuitive. It's easy to train people on, and they are always adding new features and improvements. I find scheduling same-day and future rides easy. it's easy to view what the route looks like, and with the ETAs you can tell if something will not work.
Cons: There have been a few issues with WMRs being sent out or different bugs in the software -- BUT the support team is always ready to help, and solve the problem (including helping us send out 800 manual WMRs)
Overall: Overall, MediRoutes is my 1st choice. We once tried a different software but came back to MediRoutes, we told them about our issues and they improved their program, every year they add new features and take user suggestions and opinions into consideration. They are helpful and respond quickly to any issues, and they make it easier for us to transport our clients to and from their appointments - on the dispatch and driver side of things.

"MediRoutes Review" Posted 2025-02-08
Pros: App is easy to use for our drivers. API with Modivcare and MTM for the most time work very consistently.
Cons: Based on what I've demo'ed recently from other dispatching software's, MediRoutes seems to be lagging in the industry. Desktop application has multiple glitches in which we have found work arounds.
Overall: As we started out with (2) vehicles, this software was great. As we've grown, we may have outgrown it.

"Good start but needs a lot of work" Posted 2025-02-07
Pros: Fairly ease to use and the price is good. Boots up quickly.
Cons: No billing functions. No map showing where all our drivers are at once. Management does not care about our suggestions on how to improve the product.
Overall: A good start, but I would spend extra money on a different product. MediRoutes does not seem to care about what users want and while they ask us, they just blow us off in the end.

"Mediroutes Dispatch" Edited 2025-02-20
Pros: MediRoutes is a solid choice for NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) providers looking for a reliable scheduling and dispatch solution. The software is packed with useful features, including real-time GPS tracking, automated scheduling, and an intuitive mobile app for drivers. It streamlines operations and improves efficiency, reducing manual work and scheduling errors.
One of the standout features is its ease of use—both for dispatchers and drivers. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it simple to assign and manage trips. The built-in reporting tools are also a plus, providing insights into performance and operational efficiency.Cons: While generally reliable, there are occasional glitches and lag in the system, especially when handling a high volume of trips. Customer support is helpful but can sometimes be slow to respond during peak hours. Additionally, the mobile app could use some improvements in terms of stability and responsiveness.
Overall: Overall, MediRoutes is a great tool for NEMT companies looking to improve their workflow and efficiency. With a few minor improvements, it could easily be a 5-star solution!

Visual map is good for most user to see where drivers are.
Reports is customize, which is great to pull data.Cons: Few bugs to sort out. Reroute is not consistence and auto schedule is not the more efficient way to run. Cost increase.
Overall: It's a basic scheduling system. Very similar to other in the market.

No scorecard and no way to determine if trip for a particle hour is full. Time is off for most driver, could seem to fix this issue via adjusting time setting.Reply from MediRoutes -

"Wow - it actually works..." Posted 2021-10-19
Pros: I can schedule 100 trips in 3 seconds with this app. All my drivers and vehicles show up in real time. texts get sent to my passengers with a link they can see the driver on a map... super cool. The support has been fantastic. And its cheap - they charge 30 cents a trip - doesn't matter how many drivers I have or facilities I give user access to.
Supposedly, they've been doing NEMT software for 13 years and over a million trips a year get dispatched through MediRoutes... how had I never heard of these people?Cons: It took a while for me to fully understand all of the pieces of the software and how they all fit together. I guess there are just a lot of features.
Overall: Signed up for a demo on their website - met with a great sales person and she asked all the right questions. Signed up for a month to month subscription in case it didn't work for me... that was 4 years ago and we still use MediRoutes every day. They assigned a trainer and got us going with all the setup stuff... took about a week to get going.

I've had to call support as new employees come into my org to help get them set up. There are so many features and settings that I sometimes just call support to help me out with it. -

"Top Tier On-Demand Dispatching/Scheduling/GPS/ Billing in One Package" Posted 2020-12-02
Pros: Everything! It does all that you need, is expandable, and the Pricing is based on totaL CALL VOLUME. This will fill out the 1500 forms for insurance and payers effectively eliminating the need for billing staff as you start your operation. PLUS... as your company grows our if you want to open a brokerage in conjunction with your NEMT business, it grows and expands every step of the way. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
Cons: Learning curve can be steep. I suggest paying a LITTLE EXTRA TO HAVE ONSITE TRAINING ON THE PLATFORM.
Overall: Definitely a "Must Have" SaaS service if you're starting up or well established. The cost savings is HUGE! When we set it up, we were able to eliminate the need to hire additional billing staff, when others left to go to something else, we never had to hire someone new. We had 6 in the office to handle Medicaid billing, and eventually (now) we have only 2 billing gals that handle follow-up and collections. THAT'S IT!! We paid 1600 a month, but when we didn't have to rehire billing staff... that saved us the payroll on 4 people to do the billing a the TARs. An amazing product. Very happy!
