Pros: From Day One, Vibe Delivered Better Data, Faster Checkout, and Real Control

We recently migrated to Vibe from a legacy POS system, and the difference was noticeable almost immediately. Checkout is faster, the system is more stable, and everything—from inventory to sales analytics—is finally in one place.

One of the standout features for us is the advanced reporting and analytics. We can break down sales by product, category, employee, and time period in seconds. This has helped us identify underperforming SKUs and double down on high-margin items. The AI-driven insights and trend tracking have already influenced how we price and promote products.

We also love how employee management is built directly into the system. Tracking sales performance, permissions, and accountability is simple and transparent. On the backend, settlement tracking and transaction visibility are far cleaner than what we were used to.

Cons: This is perfect beyond flaws, for no I don't have any issue.

Overall: What really sold us, though, is that Vibe feels future-proof. Updates roll out seamlessly, new features are clearly being added with real merchant feedback in mind, and support actually understands our business. Switching was one of the best operational decisions we’ve made.

We’ve been in retail for over a decade and have cycled through multiple POS systems that promised everything and delivered headaches. Switching to Vibe was the first time the transition actually felt smooth—and more importantly, worth it.

Cons: To my surprise this is the first time I will say I don't have a specific Cons.

Pros: Excellent team. State of the art easy to use pos system. Top notch customer service. Very fair priced.

Cons: We have absolutely nothing to fill out in this box.
