Zoho Recruit

Pros: Zoho Recruit became our main system for hiring new candidates for our company, this platform has many functions to manage candidates, manage interviews for candidates, quality control of each candidate and much more. What I liked the most about this platform is that it has an interview planning system incorporated, in addition, I can do the interviews online within the platform, this is quite functional since before we had to plan physical interviews and the candidates had to wait many days, however, with this function we have been able to schedule online interviews without so much waiting time, each interview can be scheduled to run the next day, which is very positive. I also liked the ability of this platform to connect with different recruitment sites, this is very positive as the platform provides me with candidates from any page like Indeed or LinkedIn Job Search, which helps me get a wide variety of jobs. candidates with different skills and knowledge, to choose the most appropriate to the needs of the company.

Cons: The main problem I encountered when using Zoho Recruit is that the platform cannot be used if there is no internet connection, this is quite a negative as I would like to view applicant applications outside the office, also I would like to manage and schedule new ones. interviews without the need to have an internet connection, just by using my mobile phone. Currently Zoho Recruit can be used on mobile devices but it is not possible to access the administrative panel without an internet connection, which makes it difficult to manage candidates. Another of the problems that I encountered in Zoho Recruit is that the search for candidates is not carried out depending on the location of my company, this causes the platform to throw me many candidates who do have the knowledge to carry out work in my company but who are living in another state or out of the country, I think the platform should implement a candidate search that allows the precise location of this search to be modified.

Overall: Zoho Recruit came to our company 3 years and 2 months ago, the results we obtained with this platform were really remarkable, previously we only had 600 employees in our company, and with the help of this platform we have been able to grow as a company, recruit new candidates simple, schedule physical interviews or online interviews, manage the resume of each candidate online, view the resume of each candidate, see qualifications of that candidate in past companies and many other things that helped improve the hiring process. I was delighted with how effective Zoho Recruit was, it helped me assign various recruiting roles to my HR employees, plus I was able to assign new recruiters for my Marketing sector. Zoho Recruit was an easy platform to use and I really liked the comfort I felt using it.

Pros: There are a lot of premade templates that you can start with for quick setup.
You can easily keep track of and update candidates' information and resumes.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is the recurring payment to use this. If you are not in hiring season you are stuck paying for this.

Overall: Overall I like Zoho Recruit as it helps organize hundreds of candidates easily. I have hired many through this program and I am very happy with it.

Some of its main features are video interview, candidate sourcing, resume management, workflow management, easy integration and remote recruitment. Makes works faster and easier. Best user interface. AI powered tool easily organised workers. Automat scalable and repeatable processes.

Cons: Best software. Easy to understand. Customer support are very supportive. No cons.

Overall: End to end hiring platform. User friendly app. Makes hiring effortless. Apply with LinkedIn as well. Easily send offer letters to new employees. On the go worker option. Seamlessly integration. Reliable and secure software.
