Pros: MyInterview could not be more user friendly for staff and candidates. We are a small non-profit, and it gives us a professional look that we have been working hard on developing. It also simplified the application process exponentially. When I had a question (which is rare), the customer service was excellent and quick.

Cons: I cannot think of one feature that I do not like about My Interview.

Overall: We use MyInterview to pre-interview our incoming students and their parents, helping us gather information on the incoming teens before they arrive on our four month semester abroad program. Countless families commented on how professional and easy the system was, and our staff finds it to be extremely user-friendly (and fun to use). More importantly, it saved us hours upon hours of in person interviews. The pricing is fair and truthfully, it is hard for me to imagine what our application process looked like without it. Additionally, the sales and support staff are incredible! I have already recommended the site to other members of our team and colleagues in the field. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!

Pros: The team at MyInterview are approachable, knowledgeable and eager to help. They are constantly iterating based on client feedback and have built an easy to use, feature rich platform.
Importantly, the platform is intuitive for users and administrators alike. The pricing is fair commensurate with its scaling features and benefits.

Cons: To be fair I was using the platform for a slightly different use case, but I would have liked the opportunity to have more takes, and to record higher resolution video ... and to have permission to download video responses (a feature they now have). The auto reminders now being able to be templatised and saved, is further testament to the MyInterview listening to customer feedback.

Overall: They're a terrific, highly motivated, fair and trustworthy bunch of people who deliver great results. The team have, and continue to build an awesome product.
