I am sorry for typo- with HYSYS the HC Liq condensate flow is 2890kg/hr and water flow is 3152kg/hr.

Thanks Daniel. Its working now in v5.8u2 and the output water flow matches that of HYSYS. Have attached the simulation.

Have tried nested loop VLLE- for immiscible liquids and still there is no condensation of water. Have attached the simulation file.
