Triage at Dawn is an invite-only CS2 group focused on teamwork, communication and consistent improvement .
We’re all from the EU, most of us are between 20 and 35 , and we want a stable, high-skill environment where every queue feels good — without random toxicity or silent teammates.

We’re not an “everyone join” server.

We keep the group small (around 40–50 players ) so that everyone actually knows each other and you can queue with anyone confidently.

Skill is important but attitude is even more important.
Our members range from 15k up to 25k Premier , all united by the same mindset:

• Clean comms
• Good vibes
• No ego
• No tilt
• Desire to improve

1. You join as a Trial Member (first 2 weeks)
You play with us, join voice, get to know the group, and show how you communicate.

2. After 2 weeks, Core Members vote
Depending on your activity and synergy, you’ll become:

• Core Member – active, competitive, part of the main team
• Casual Member – still part of us, but more relaxed

Both groups play together; the system simply keeps the quality of the community high.
