Tone deaf company adds EAC to their game and to block out mods that add features to their game that the community has been asking for years. Says they'll work on adding them as official features, heavy doubt

About an hour in so far but the puzzles are already making me think hard. There's some very cool and creative ideas in this game that tickle my brain in ways that other puzzle games haven't. Definitely deserves a lot more attention from those who enjoy puzzle games.

Extremely relaxing and cathartic. Do jobs for people by either cleaning their house or renovating for them. Once you get enough money you can buy new properties and either move in there or furnish and flip the house for profit. Get the DLC's if you buy the game, they are worth it.

This is a very fun little time waster game. The game allows you to play at your own pace (turns aren't timed), so you can easily pop this game on while you're listening to a podcast or watching a movie on your second monitor/TV. Although I will say, depending on what items/build you end up getting, the game can require some planning or thought into the upcoming moves you make, so it may sometimes split your attention a bit. There's not a whole lot of content right now, but I feel like I've been having enough fun with it as a game to waste time between classes or during a study break that the lack of content hasn't really bothered me that much. It is very satisfying to load up the game, pick one of the fun characters (aka every character except bumbo the empty), and go through each dungeon floor, making decisions about which spells to pick up and how to approach each room or boss. With some characters, you can get combos of spells and effects that can make turns last basically forever, or buff your spells/puzzle damage to insane amounts and instant clear some rooms. And with the rate that the game has been getting bug fixes/updates, I wouldn't be surprised if the game got a small content update sometime soon.

If you are a fan of Symphony of the Night or any other of the "metroidvania" Castlevania games, you will most likely enjoy this game. The controls are responsive, there's tons of secrets to find, the bosses are great, the music is amazing... overall it is a very enjoyable experience. Even if you haven't played any metroidvania style games before, I would highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys single player action games in general.
