Free car costs 535.000 dollars! First time I got scammed by a game. Thanks for the Christmas gift, Rockstar/TakeTwoWallets.*

I bought this game for the single player mainly, which is nice and worth buying for a 50% or larger discount. And while I knew that the multiplayer had its problems, I never expected to be such a Pay2Win money grab.
Flying cars and bikes with miniguns and heat seeking rockets. SMGs that basically shoot grenades. Also featuring 15 minute loading screens when the game is installed on a SSD.

And that's without talking about the cheaters. A friend of mine got turned into a boat once. True story.

*I was reimbursed 5 days later by the Rockstar support team. Thank you for that, but my review remains negative because of the other aspects that I mentioned.

Nope, you can buy and use them in freemode, some heists etc.
They're wonderful when you're trying to do any CEO, MC business stuff and you insta fail because one guy in the sky takes out 4-6 people in one go. And you have to be in a public session to access SecuroServ or use a glitch to bypass the limitation, but I rather not use exploits.

Just look in-game for the Deluxo, Oppressor, Avenger and Jetpack price tags, if you want to get them you either grind hours and hours, maybe get a bunker and a facility and all the stuff related to it, or simply get some shark cards to bypass all that and be the guy that's dropping bombs from the sky all day.

The Command center and Insurgent were OP as well, but you could outmanouver them and defeat them with sufficient skill.

On a side note: I did get reimbursed the 535000 dollars after 5 days or so. I'll update the review.

Flying cars and bikes with miniguns and heat seeking rockets is from a special game mode called "Occupy". Far as I'm aware that aspect is not pay2win, although rest of the game may be.

Everyone got the 535k added to their account the next day, (even people like me who didn't have that much in the first place) I didn't even have to buy the car
