Yeah it's a Nargacuga, (with a color/design change). I'll admit though, Monster Hunter really pushes the boundaries of what they consider to be a "Wyvern".

Western Dragons usually have 6 limbs (being 2 arms, 2 legs, and 2 wings), and Wyverns have 4 limbs (2 legs, and 2 wings that can be used like arms). Wyverns are often called dragons anyways because of the many similarities.
