Hollow Knight was my favorite game of all time, so my expectations for Silksong were sky-high. However, Team Cherry took even those massive expectations, shattered them, and went far beyond. This game offers a truly divine experience. For me, one of the biggest highlights of this game is Hornet, as a chracter she is a much needed fresh air compared to the Knight. I loved playing as her, a unique personality and a fearsome warrior. Her kit is so fun to use, because of the crest system combat is never boring. Worldbuilding is top notch as always, Team Cherry really implemented a way to tell the story throughout gameplay and interacting with the world around Hornet. I honestly don't think I'll be able to love another game this much until the next Team Cherry title is released. With its enchanting world, flawless mechanics, and deep storytelling, it is a masterpiece. I can't wait to play DLCs and experience more tales from Pharloom and it's cursed existence.
