I have 3400+ trading cards and my basic rule is any 2 cards for 1 mine.
I also trade game gifts for other gifts or marketable items, but I prefer CS2 skin(s).
All items in my inventory are tradable if you offer something interesting to me.
For no longer marketable items you need to send reasonably good offer.

I don't have a problem regarding offers with trade delay/hold, but it needs to be better than regular one.

You can write a positive comment on my profile after trading. I'll do the same.

If I don't like your offer I will decline it or send counter offer.
If I'm interested in you items, I'll send you a friend request to deal easily.
I don't need to explain why I don't want to give my items.
