How to become better at CS:GO.

- Memorize your spray patterns. Just stand next to a wall and shoot, watch where the bullets go.

- Practice aiming. There are tons of custom maps and resources for this, look into them.

- Watch the pros. Get a feel for what CS:GO looks like on the highest level, and try to implement what you see. Most of it won’t work without a mastery of the earlier two points, but you’ll get a better grasp of tactics.

- In a similar vein to #3, watch CS:GO commentators and videomakers. My personal favorite CS:GO channel is WarOwl.

- Find some friends to play with. CS:GO is meant to be played as a team, and if you solo queue all the time you won’t be able to put the majority of the tactics and strategies you learn into practice.

- Don’t only use one weapon. It’s tempting to try to ‘main’ a weapon, but it will detract from your experience.
