Jira Cloud と Slack を連携させる
The Jira Cloud for Slack app allows you to connect Jira projects to Slack, see personal notifications, view automatic work item previews, create Jira work items, and interact with Jira work items — all from within Slack.

Jira Cloud と Slack を連携させる
Install the Jira Cloud for Slack app onto your Slack workspace.
インストールすると、Atlassian アカウントにログインして Slack と Jira をリンクするように案内されます。これには数分かかります。
ログイン後、Slack の Jira Cloud アプリからダイレクト メッセージを受け取ります。これにより、Slack チャンネルに Jira プロジェクトを接続することができます。

/jira notifyと入力します。[Turn on personal notifications (個人通知をオンにする)] を選択します。

Once you’ve set up personal notifications in Slack, you can disable email notifications by going to Jira in Personal settings, then Email notifications for work item activity.
Connect a Slack channel to a Jira space
Slack ワークスペースに Jira Cloud アプリを追加すると、Jira Cloud プロジェクトから Slack チャンネルへの通知の送信を、さまざまな方法でセットアップできます。
bot をチャンネルに招待する
Jira Cloud bot を Slack チャンネルに招待すると、bot によってチャンネルとプロジェクトを接続できます。

Jira Cloud プロジェクトと Slack チャンネルの間の接続を管理する
アップデートするチャンネルで「/jira manage」と入力することで、サブスクリプション設定を管理できます。そこから [管理] を選択して Jira Cloud の接続を構成します。
Jira Cloud for Slack アプリで Jira 作業項目のプレビューを表示する
Jira 作業項目リンクまたは作業項目キー (大文字で記載するため、dev-36 ではなく DEV-36) を 1 つ以上の含めたメッセージを誰かが記述すると、ボットによってメッセージが展開され、作業項目のプレビューが表示されます。これによって、メッセージの読み手が Jira にアクセスせずに、送信者の意図を理解できます。
To unfurl a Jira work item with an work item key (e.g. DEV-36) in a Slack channel, the channel must be connected to the relevant project (e.g. DEV) via /jira connect.
Slack から Jira 作業項目を操作する (展開する)
Whenever Jira work item previews are unfurled by the bot, you can take action on them by selecting the interaction button below the preview or More actions (). That way, you don’t have to leave the context of the conversation to update an work item in Jira.
Slack を離れることなく Jira 作業項目にアクセスする
Slack を離れずに Jira から作業を確認する手順は以下の通りです。

You can unwatch/watch, assign, transition, or comment on any of these work items by selecting More actions () beside the work item.

Migrating from the Jira Data Center Integration for Slack to the Jira Cloud app
If you've already set up the Jira Data Center integration based on webhooks for your Jira Cloud site, follow these steps to switch to the Jira Cloud app:
Go to
your-slack-team.slack.com/apps/manageand choose Jira Data Center.削除する各構成で、鉛筆アイコン、右上の [無効化] または [削除] の順に選択します。
Go to the Atlassian and Slack integration page and select Add to Slack to install the new Jira Cloud for Slack app.
インストール手順に従って新しいアプリをセットアップします。
Jira Cloud サイトを確認したら、新しいアプリを構成して既存の設定を管理できます。
セキュリティに関する考慮事項
Jira Cloud for Slack アプリは、作業項目レベルと管理レベルにおいて、既存の Jira 権限を優先します。
If @jira is connected to a Jira Cloud project with work item-level security, you won't receive Slack notifications for work items with security settings.
