​​How do I change the units of measurement in Google Health?

Adjust the type of units used for your height, weight, water consumption, temperature, and swims.
Note that for Fitbit Aria Air you can tap the button on the back of the scale to switch between pounds, stones, or kilograms.
  1. In the Google Health app , on the Today tab , tap your profile picture and then Google Health settings.
  2. Under "App settings", tap Date, time & units.
  3. Select the unit of measurement you want to change and change it to your preferred unit.
  4. Tap the back arrow to save your selection.
  5. On the Today tab , tap and hold and pull down the screen to sync your phone with your Fitbit device. Your units of measurement should be updated on your Fitbit device.

For Aria 2, you can also change the units shown on the scale:

  1. In the Google Health app , on the Today tab , tap Connections .
  2. Tap your scale icon and then Weight Units.
  3. Choose the units you want the scale to show your weight in. The next time you sync your scale, you’ll see your weight in the units you select. You may have to weigh yourself twice before you see the units update.
