Why this issue is happening

This issue occurs because your vehicle is no longer available, its availability status does not match your data source, or the status is not visible on your vehicle description page for one or more of your offers. As a result, your account has been warned or suspended.


How to fix your issue

  • The vehicle description page on your website should clearly specify the vehicle’s availability.
  • To indicate a vehicle's availability, only submit the built to order [built_to_order] sub-attribute. Otherwise, the vehicle will be understood to be in stock by default.
  • If a vehicle is out of stock, remove it from your data source.
  • If your site had planned maintenance, or was temporarily down, verify if that was the root cause, and confirm it is fixed before you request a re-review.

After making the necessary changes to fix your issue, request a re-review.
