Payments users with permissions can edit Billing setup details and Payments profile details. In a sub-manager account, you can view the users of a specific Payments profile. Admins with permission can manage these contacts in Search Ads 360.
Before you begin
Admins need Billing permissions in Google payments and Search Ads 360.
Add a new Payments user
Access your merchant profile to add or remove users from a payments profile. Learn how to change permissions in the Google payments center.
View your Payments users
View all the Payments users linked to a Payments profile.

Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.

From the page menu, click Billing.

Click Payments profiles.

Locate the "Payments profile".

In the profile, click Go to settings.

In the Payments users section of the Settings page, click Manage Payments Users.

Open the contact record and click the Down arrow

Assign a primary contact
In each payments profile there’s one Payments user who is a Primary contact. They’ll get all Billing or payments emails and notifications. Google will notify the Primary contact of any payment queries.
In the payments profile find a Primary contact or reassign the role to another Payments user.

Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.

From the page menu, click Billing.

Click Payments profiles.

On the Payments profiles tab, select your profile.

In the profile, click Go to settings.

In the Payments users section, click Manage Payments users.

Open the contact record and click the Down arrow
.

On the "User info" tab, select the Primary contact checkbox.
Resend an invitation
Check if a Payments user's invitation has expired or not and resend another.
- In the Payments users page, click Manage Payments users.
- Find the contact and click the Down arrow
to view the details.
- Click Resend invitation.
