invisible pointer after clicking in web version of game (initial sound settings), seemingly locked to clicked position.
Topmost leftmost corner of X button in meditate UI ignores pointer.
Panel alignment issues in the meditation platform slope and platform's edge polygons.
Door to the right of the crystal is not wide enough, the wall to the left of it is passable through into the crystal room.
Summon room has too high roof, player can clip through hallway-to-room walls above door frame.

The gameplay is nice.

thanks for your feedback :)

New version coming soon.

interesting game! Love the concept of a puzzle AND an incremental game combined. Looking forward to seeing what comes next!

Be mindful of the camera clipping through the ceiling. Jumping while on the cube's pedestal or in the meditation chamber allowed me to clip the camera past the ceiling of both rooms and see out of bounds.

Our new modelling pipeline we've made for our next release will help against these collision issues, thank you for pointing them out :)

Glad you enjoyed the game!

its a pretty neat combination of incremental and puzzle, very enjoyable! the one problem I have is the shy button puzzle, because the “action” you need to solve it cannot be done outside of these two specific rooms ugh, I don’t think I can explain my issue correctly without spoiling the solution

The combination of incremental and puzzle games is interesting!

I'm glad you think so!

great concept

Thank you :)

If you'd be willing, could you share where you'd want this prototype to go next? What would you expect to happen after it ended?

(+1)

It would be nice to unlock a new zone featuring a different color palette and mechanics

how do i press the shy button

(+1)

Like most shy things, the shy button doesn't like direct eye contact. Using the abilities you have, could you think of a way to not look at the button whilst still pressing it?

(+1)

Fun Idea! I did have an issue where my mouse was locked during dialogue, however dying seemed to fix it.

(+2)

It wasn't very clear to me that pressing C to meditate would work outside of the upgrading platform.

Anyone figured out the shy button?

love the concept.
when i finished feeding the orb my cursor got locked until i exited full screen, and then clicked off and back on the game window. chrome.

These mouse issues will be the death of me, lol.

Thank you for playing :)

sorry to say boss, but the starting screen was buggy AF for me as well, I practically had to click escape after every click to be able to do anything. I almost gave up there, but I am glad I didn't. The game is lovely, only wish there was more.

Dialogue boxes locking your cursor are.. quite a choice as well

Played in Brave browser, usually never face such issues with games here.

Hi there,

I'm glad you liked the game, and enjoyed it so much that you pushed through the problems you faced.

Could you clarify what you mean by 'dialogue'? You're talking about the pieces of text that occasionally appear, right? Those should have absolutely no bearing on mouse input, so I'm very worried that people are reporting that O_o

There will be more to play, feel free to give us a follow to keep up with development (we have other incremental games coming too!)

Yes exactly, so like when interacting with a door that can't be opened (yet), the first interaction with the orb, and then after it's been fed fully.

Locks the cursor in one place for a few seconds and I couldn't pan around, just walking was possible, probably jumping too, but never tried.

Oh this is lovely! It feels mazelike without being something you can get lost in. I hope you can add every secret that you want to in future versions, it was quite fun to look for them.

Thanks so much for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it :) based on feedback, it looks like we will be continuing to expand this idea.

I really like the idea!

It's cool, but even shorter than snack sized... Hungry orb has been satisficed, but I am isn't! Need more!

I really like how it's looks and feels.

(+2)

Don't worry, due to positive reception I will continue to update this project :)

IDK if its ARCH but it would not for the life of me keep a hold of the cursor even when trying to pause. Its annoying esp when text happened.

Hi there,

Are you using Firefox by any chance?

(+1)

I finished it and had a blast!

Thank you so much! I'm going to continue working on this project!

Web version is impossible to see, and when trying to get into full screen, the mouse no longer registers within the game.

Hi there, apologies your having trouble with the web version. You can always try the desktop version if you want to try the game.

A lot of people are experiencing a lot of different things on the web version, due to different browsers. OS's and such. The web version does also have a long load time which I do apologise for, but I haven't found anyone reporting a problem with full screen, but I will look into it.

Thank you for your feedback!

I jumped through the wall and keep falling

oh no! Could you let me know where? You can always press 'P' and get yourself unstuck if you wish to keep playing :)

(1 edit) (+1)

I jumped from the beam over the abyss to the secret platform. It was a good jump towards the wall, but went straight through and fell down... eternally.

Cool game though, looking forward to updates.

Thank you for the kind words, I have fixed that wall you phased through!

(+1)

Very fun game!!

(+2)

Overall fun, but jumping is neither incremental nor puzzle.

Would you compromise and say jumping is exploration? :D

I think jumping could save the progress after a few jumps.

(+1)

You left the hotkey for dev tools in with the upload.

(+1)

That was intentional! People can cheat if they want :)

(+1)

Ah, well very fun protoype nonetheless. Loved the aesthetic and music. The button puzzle was cute. Looking forward to more

Thanks, that means a lot :)

There's no way to exit the upgrade screen.

(1 edit)

There's an X button at the top, or you can press escape :)

I have made the exit button larger for you.
