Altius doctors enjoy strong earning potential. We achieve this because our practices are located in low competition trade areas where access to care is a challenge. Our doctors stay busy and productive year-round treating patients of all ages. Because access to care is underserved, many of our patients come into the practice with years of neglect and decay.

Furthermore, because we are in low competition areas, the fees that we can charge insurance companies are much higher than in competitive, urban areas. This helps our providers earn more for the hard work they put in each and every day. The average Altius provider earns more than $250,000 per year. The top 25% of providers earn over $325,000 per year. That is nearly twice the national average. With base guarantees, sign-on bonus opportunities, health, vision, & dental benefits, paid CE, and malpractice reimbursement, you can be assured of a great return on investment when you join our team.

We are here when you need us and give you space to practice and take care of patients when you don’t.

These can provide you with ways to earn extra income while growing your skills in preparation for future success.
