I hold a certification being a medical assistant and I am CPR certified. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each care recipient's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide care, light housekeeping, dementia care, and encourage physical activity. I keep families informed with daily reports and verbal updates, following their preferred communication methods.
