About Dem Kandia

I am a compassionate and experienced caregiver with over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting seniors, especially those living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. I began caregiving in 2014, and since then I have worked with many families, providing safe, patient, and reliable care in both home and community settings. As a mom of three and a current nursing student, I bring a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism to every client I support. My background as a CNA and my years of experience have strengthened my skills in communication, redirection, personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and creating a calm, structured environment for seniors.
