I bring extensive hands-on experience working with children with special needs across both educational and home settings. As a Special Needs Caregiver and Nanny, I supported medically fragile children, including those with diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, global developmental delays, and infantile spasms. My responsibilities included administering medication, feeding through g-tubes, attending medical appointments, and actively participating in physical, occupational, speech, and vision therapies. I developed strong communication skills by using non-verbal cues and sign language, while also creating daily routines and activities tailored to each child's developmental needs.
