I encourage outdoor activities such as nature walks, bike rides and yard play. As an artist I look love sharing crafty and active play as children grow and explore their world. Wonderful with toddlers! Creative, reliable, and experienced We feel so lucky to have found Emma on Care.com. She watched our 18-month-old, O. while we were in town for a few weeks, and she was fantastic. Emma has a natural gift with toddlers. She is extremely hands-on—always on the floor playing, doing outdoor activities, and using funny voices to keep him engaged. In just a few weeks, we saw our son’s imaginative play skyrocket because of the art and coloring she did with him. She even brought her own toys and books to keep him busy. O. adores her and cried when she’d leave at the end of the day – a true testament to what a wonderful time he had with her. Emma even taught us a few tricks, like how to wipe O.’s face after a meal without a meltdown. She is tidy, self-sufficient, punctual, flexible with our schedule, and just very easy for us parents to have around the house. If you are looking for someone who will truly invest in your child’s happiness and development, I cannot recommend Emma enough.
