About Frances

Hi, my name is Francie. I am a dynamic, patient educator with experience in child care and nurturing toddlers, a genuine love for children, and deep passion for providing them space to be their happiest, most loved selves. I lead with a love-before-understanding philosophy that places a child before their behaviors and sees them as a functioning human with their own needs, opinions, and desires that deserve to be honored. I thrive to ensure safety and growth through engaging, age-appropriate activities and warm, patient connections. I previously graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and an Early Childhood Education minor. I have over three years of experience in daycare settings, as both an assistant and lead teacher. I have experience working with students of all ability levels with special expertise in assisting children with down syndrome. I am looking forward to finding a family in need of a loving, helpful hand in childcare!
