About Hailey

Hi! I'm a certified K-2 Autistic Support teacher with 4 years of classroom experience and a strong passion for helping young learners grow in confidence and skills. I previously worked in a daycare during my undergraduate studies, which helped build my foundation in early childhood development and individualized support. I have personal experience with autism through my brothers, which deepens my understanding, patience, and commitment to meeting each child where they are. I am currently pursuing my master's degree and stay up to date on effective, evidence-based strategies. I am CPR certified, TACT-2 trained, and have all required clearances. My tutoring style is engaging, supportive, and tailored to each child's unique needs. I focus on building foundational skills in reading, math, and social-emotional learning while making sessions positive and motivating.
