About Hayleigh

Nurturing young minds is my passion! For the past two years, I've had the privilege of working with children, including my current role as a Registered Behavior Technician. I find immense joy in fostering their growth and development. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children across various age groups. I communicate with parents using their preferred method and I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, educational games, and even some technology-based games. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training. While I've completed some college, my true education comes from hands-on experience. I'm excited to bring my energy and dedication to your family, and perhaps even share my love for baking cookies with your little ones!
