Jean was very personable from the start. She was kind and considerate and very confident in caring for my 85year old dad while on hospice. I could tell this was more than a job for her. She truly loves what she does and it shows not only in her care for the patient but in her communications with all of us who had contact with her. She was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of care. I highly recommend her and would hire her again if the need arises.
