Next Chapter Living is a locally owned companion support service dedicated to helping adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We specialize in supporting individuals transitioning home after hospital or rehabilitation stays, as well as families who need extra help balancing caregiving responsibilities. Our companions provide non-medical support including companionship, appointment accompaniment, errands, meal assistance, light household support, and day-to-day coordination to help clients maintain their routines and quality of life. We work closely with families to create personalized support plans and provide peace of mind through dependable, compassionate care. Whether support is needed short-term after a discharge or on an ongoing basis, our goal is to help individuals continue living life on their own terms at home.
