About Jess

Hi, my name is Jess (they/he) ! I provide babysitting and pet care services. I am a creative writer and teacher in training looking for kiddos to watch this summer as I am in between school sessions. I spent the last year working as a substitute at LAUSD/Charter schools around Los Angeles, focusing mainly on Kinder through 5th grade. I have worked both as a lead teacher as well as one on one assistance with kids needing behavior/academic support. I am looking forward to bringing creative, education, and active fun tailored to the ages and interests of your kids. I have experience as a creative writing mentor for Young Storytellers as well as teaching filmmaking to Youth at Digital Media Academy. I am also a big animal lover, with my own pets (2 cats and a tortoise) and have 2 years experience with dog walking/pet sitting for clients in LA and Chicago.
