I recently had Juanita clean my home and help me prepare it to sublet. I can't express enough what a Godsend she was and went above and beyond to ensure my home was immaculate! I have a dog who sheds a lot,  and I could not find a single dog hair after she left. I had some stains on my laminant counter tops that I had never been able to remove, and she got them out. The stove and oven looked brand new! The best part was the bedroom, she made the bed look like a showroom display! She was attentive to little details and truly made the place feel refreshed and uplifted. She was very kind, respectful and professional. Highly recommend Juanita!  

Juanita charged me $60 per hour and did a very poor job cleaning.  I had to go back and mop up the areas on the floor she missed, re-wipe the dust off a table she did not clean, and wipe out the shower she allegedly cleaned but clearly missed a lot of areas.  I took photos of the poorly cleaned areas and provided them to her as proof of what she missed.  When I discussed this with her and tried to work out a solution, she just offered excuses about how hard she worked and had to travel forty minutes each way to my house for the cleaning assignment.   She claims she charges by the job, not the hour and would not provide an estimate before the work was started.  I have had other house cleaners do a more thorough job in less time for much less money.  Not only was the job she did unsatisfactory, but her excuses and unwillingness to make it right was insulting and showed a lack of professionalism.  Would not recommend Juanita.

Juanita did a beautiful job cleaning my home and making sure to hit all my problem areas that I never have time to hit but bug me. I am excited to find someone that cleans like I do and understands the type of cleaning I need help with. I can't wait to schedule her again.

Juanita does an excellent job while being extremely professional. She pays attention to supplies needed for the home and will purchase them on your behalf. A great benefit for a new parent like myself. Our apartment can be a little difficult to navigate, but Juanita has been able to handle it with ease. We are glad we have found someone who is communicative and dependable.

We asked Juanita to come to the house for a test clean on Friday, May 7, 2021.  She was on time, very personable and did a great job.  Although she is a little pricier than we are used to, I think you get what you pay for as we got a much better clean than we have in the past for less money.  We will ask Juanita to come back and really hope that it will work out for her to come to our home on a weekly basis.  I highly recommend Juanita.  You won't be disappointed.
