I was a licensed teacher in the state of Utah. I taught 5th grade for one year after graduation, until I had a baby of my own. I then tutored on the side the following few years, including a 6th grader I helped with his homeschooling every day. I have also taught 1st graders, 3rd graders, 4th graders, and 6th graders. I have tutored an 8th grader and an adult in College Algebra. I owned and taught at a preschool for 4 years. I currently own and operate my own small real estate brokerage, but we started in Washington, and being a bit new to the Portland area are still growing. I graduated Summa cum Laude in Elementary Education.

Katelyn was a great babysitter. She arrived promptly and immediately built a good rapport with our two children (ages 3 and 4). She played games with the children, got them ready for bed and had them settled down and asleep by the time we got home. We were confident the children were in good hands and she provided updates by text message to keep us informed. We would happily ask her to look after our children again.
