About Lacey

I am a 34-year-old mom of two preteens with extensive childcare and mental health training. I have a bachelors in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Assumption University and am working towards my masters in mental health counseling. I have worked as an in home carer for a child between age 3-7 with autism and co occurring mental health diagnoses. I have also worked in a psychiatric hospital and community health setting running activity and therapy groups. These groups included arts and crafts, creative writing, mindfulness, life skills and mental health education. I also operated my own company providing face painting for children's parties and events. I have also worked with people with different abilities and have experience using a hoyer lift, administrating medication via a g-tube, using assistive technology as well as using a handicap accessible vehicle. I consider it an honor and privilege to be put in such the trusted position of caregiver.
